after you open the download
drag both to Applications
the window shows both apps and your Applications folder. drag each one across.open the journal app first
choose where your journal lives on your mac, then lock in its mark in your browser.then open the solstone app
it runs in your menu bar. choose what you share with it, then confirm the journal it finds on your mac by its mark.
